VVInEx Group is a Technical Service Organization dedicated to reducing clients’ risks by providing technical inspection and expediting services, technical and behavioral training on a global basis, and product certification on a local basis. 

Established in 1999, VVInEx Group has a long and distinguished record of supplying technical services to a vast range of industries including; Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Mining, Construction, and EPC Project Management Support. VVInEx Group has grown through increased Client demand and has strengthened its position as a technical Quality-Related services provider. 

The company has staffed some of the very demanding projects in Europe, the Middle East, Russia, Armenia, and other former Soviet Republics. 

The company provides Clients with wide-range expertise and access to skilled specialists, bringing integrated solutions to Clients ensuring quality adherence within the supply chain. The experts’ team members deliver quality and safety services. VVInEx Group round the clock service ensures that we are always available to our clients. 


VVInEx Group established in 1999 to provide vendor Inspection, Expediting, QA Auditing, Project Management, and Product Certification services. Headquarters is based in Moenchengladbach Germany. Group offices are operating in St. Petersburg Russia and Yerevan Armenia.  

Quality is important to our business because we value our customers. We strive to provide our customers with products and services, which meet and even exceed their expectations. We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a Quality Management System, which provides a framework for measuring and improving our performance.

We have the following systems and procedures in place to support us in our aim of total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout our business:  

1. Regular gathering and monitoring of customer feedback 

2. A customer complaints procedure 

3. Selection and performance monitoring of our field personnel against set criteria 

4. Training and development for our field personnel 

5. Regular audit of our internal processes 

6. Measurable quality objectives, which reflect our business aims 

7. Management reviews of audit results, customer feedback, and complaints  

Our internal procedures are being reviewed regularly and are held in a Quality Manual, which is made available to all our personnel. This policy is posted on the Company Notice Board and can be found in the staff handbook. Though the Managing Directors have ultimate responsibility for Quality all employees and field personnel have a responsibility within their own areas of work so helping to ensure that Quality is embedded within the whole of the company.
